Changchun Guanghua Microelectronics Equipment Engineering Center Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2002. It is a holding investment enterprise of the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of optoelectronic and microelectronic special equipment.
The company currently has 103 employees, including 64 scientific research personnel, forming an innovative team mainly composed of researchers, senior engineers, and intermediate engineers. The company has been committed to the research and development of high-end production equipment, and has established strong technical advantages in optics, precision machinery, and computer control. More than ten advanced production equipment and special precision machinery products in four fields have been developed. They are applied in fields such as wafer resistor production, semiconductor device and electronic tag packaging, laser fine processing, precision transmission and testing. The performance of several products has reached the international advanced level. Products such as laser resistor adjusters and aluminum wire bonding machines have won the first prize of provincial and municipal science and technology awards. The new product, wafer testing probe station, is a key equipment in the front-end process of semiconductor chip manufacturing, which can meet the testing needs of both 12-inch and 8-inch wafers simultaneously. It has broken the foreign monopoly on this equipment, realizing China's independent control of this technology and improving the domestic rate of the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
The company passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2004; high-tech enterprise certification in 2008; Jilin Provincial Engineering Research Center certification in 2007; Jilin Provincial Enterprise Technology Center certification in 2011; Jilin Provincial Demonstration Enterprise of Strategic Emerging Industries certification in 2013; Changchun Municipal Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprise certification in 2015; intellectual property management system certification, Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprise certification and Changchun Municipal "Specialized and New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise certification in 2017; and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's specialized and new "small giant" enterprise certification in 2020. The company currently has 20 authorized patents and 13 patents pending. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the company achieved sales revenue of 480 million yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 28%; R&D investment of 33.19 million yuan; and tax payments of 31.1 million yuan.
