●China's first fully automatic laser resistor tuning machine Guanghua established
●Middle and high-end market share of more than 70 percent
●U.S. and Japanese companies withdrew from the Chinese market
2010-2020
●Laser Resistance Tuning Machine shipped more than 1,000 units, laser scribing machine to break the monopoly of foreign countries.
●Entered the semiconductor packaging field, semi-automatic aluminum wire welding machine occupies more than 80% of the domestic market, successfully developed ●China's first 12-inch fully automatic wafer probe table.
●Probe table products have received 23 commercial orders, copper wire bonding will be put into the market soon.
●Electronic label production equipment successfully transformed, performance reached the domestic leading level, semiconductor surface defect detection
