Established in 2002, the company originated from the Electromechanical Engineering Department of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1998, to achieve the localization of passive component production equipment, the company collaborated with Guangdong Feng Hua High-Tech Co., Ltd. on a joint research project, successfully developing China's first fully automatic laser trimming machine in 2001. In 2002, both parties jointly established Changchun Guanghua Microelectronics Equipment Engineering Center Co., Ltd.
Over the past twenty years, the company has adhered to the development philosophy of "Dedicated Creation, Joint Innovation, and Careful Manufacturing." Through continuous innovation and proactive strategic planning in its advantageous areas, its products now cover four fields: passive component production equipment, front-end chip processing equipment, semiconductor packaging and testing equipment, and precision machinery equipment. The company has made solid strides in achieving domestic substitution in relevant fields of microelectronic equipment in China, achieving numerous breakthroughs from scratch, and gaining widespread recognition from society and the market.
Looking to the future, in the face of increasingly complex and changing circumstances, achieving independent control of microelectronic equipment remains Guanghua's mission and pursuit. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the company strives to make up for domestic equipment technology shortcomings in 3-5 product areas, become a leading domestic enterprise, and achieve a fourfold increase in market capitalization.
