With over 30 years of experience in precision machinery research, we have accumulated a solid technical foundation in the field of precision machinery, particularly in precision gears, high-speed gears, harmonic gears, friction and wear, gas lubrication technology and unit components, and precision workbenches.

In the field of microelectronics production equipment unit technology and integrated manufacturing technology, in-depth research has been conducted, resulting in the development of various types of equipment utilizing these technologies. Integrated technology

Laser resistance adjustment machine -- Effectively combines precision machinery, automatic control, laser scanning, high-speed detection and other technologies. The equipment has a production capacity of 800,000 pieces per hour, with a resistance adjustment accuracy of 1%, reaching international advanced levels.

Laser dicing machine -- integrates advanced technologies such as precision mechanics, automatic control, machine vision, and laser precision processing, with positioning accuracy of 1-3 mm.

Automatic aluminum wire crimping machine -- integrating precision mechanics, automatic control, machine vision, reliability design, and other technologies Wire welding speed of 2,500 wires per hour, capable of continuous operation for 24 hours

High-precision two-dimensional turntable -- integrating precision mechanics, automatic control, computer simulation analysis and other technologies, with a rotation resolution of 0.15″ and positioning accuracy of 0.5″.
