Function
This laser scribing machine is a special device in the 01005 chip resistor process. It is suitable for the scribing process of resistor film layers on small-sized ceramic substrates. Through a high-precision linear positioning platform and a laser, it achieves efficient and stable fully automatic scribing on ink.
This equipment has a high-precision visual alignment system. Front and back scribing can be achieved through top and bottom cameras,
and ensures the coincidence of the scribing on both sides.
